SAWFB Cares is our newest initiative and one of our projects close to the heart. Our aim is to support all victims of rape and abuse in their most dire time of need.
The project was founded during 16 Days of Activism 2020. SA Women Fight Back collaborated with 16 SAPS Stations to raise awareness on the 6 Point Plan. The overwhelming feedback from many trauma facilities, was that they desperately needed essential items for victims being processed while reporting violent trauma and rape. The sore truth is that victims in their most vulnerable state, sometimes sit for hours without their basic needs being met.
We hold hands with victims after reporting a trauma, by providing them with a thoughtfully compiled package of much-needed essentials, all put together with love and care
Our long-term goal is to develop various related supportive programs to assist and facilitate the long-term recovery, and well-being of all those affected. We care about all survivor.

The Vision

To provide every rape victim nationwide with a care pack during their most trying time. The horrific annual statistics are that 53,293 rapes were reported in 2019/2020 in South Africa.
Our ambition is to eventually support all of these victims nationwide with Care Packs, and we cannot do it alone. We need your help, no donation is too big or too small.

Our team at SAWFB are ever thankful for all donations thus far and for your generous and willing response to our special initiative: SAWFB Cares
